Problem
The Xiaomi X20 Plus robot vacuum was spinning in circles repeatedly and could not move forward correctly. Navigation was unstable and the vacuum behaved like it was blind during cleaning.
Solution
After full diagnosis, we found the fault in the Laser Distance Sensor (LDS). We replaced the damaged sensor with a new original unit, recalibrated the system, and fully tested the vacuum. Navigation returned to normal and the issue was solved.
